Ich fand es überraschend, wie karibisch es klingt, hätte die Musik der Elfenbeinküste (kenne ansonsten nur Alpha Blondy) stilistisch näher an der malischen vermutet, aber da hört man schon einen deutlichen Unterschied. Liegt vermutlich daran, dass die Elfenbeinküste pro-westlicher und eher christlich geprägt war/ist, deshalb hat sich da teilweise wohl eine gewisse Seichtigkeit reingeschlichen.
