Auch wenn ich "Frances the Mute" und "The Bedlam in Goliath" anstrengend fand - The Mars Volta fehlen irgendwie.

War mein einziger Versuch, mich jemals Drum & Bass zu nähern. Hab ich tatsächlich gekauft damals, glaube aber, vom Grabbelstapel. Musikalisch hat's für mich leider nicht funktioniert.
tja, wenn's genre-mäßig nicht klappt, kann man auch mit der besten platte nix ausrichten. leg mir ein beliebiges metal-album hin ... es wird einfach nicht funktionieren.

Musikalisch ist ihr neues Album erstaunlich zugänglich. Camae Ayewas Stimme finde ich jedenfalls so außergewöhnlich. Das ist schon eine großartige Künstlerin
Nachdem ich das mit dem Dub-Album gelesen habe, direkt mal wieder das Original aufgelegt.
